Secondly, ABS raw material is mostly used in the medical sector because of durability,impact resistance, temperature resistance,heat retardant etc. After agreement of raw material with our customers, our extrusion machine starts manufacturing ABS plastic sheets with the requested texture.Then, we are ready to start the plastic vacuum process.
Finally, we use our 3 axes and 5 axes CNC machines to trim the products as our customers request.To continue the production, we send our customers to a final product for confirmation.
