With over four decades of experience in plastic manufacturing, Beta Vakum ve Plastik San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. operates in a 2,000 m² closed production area in Ankara, Türkiye.
What began as a focused vacuum forming operation has grown through continuous investment and technical expertise into a highly integrated ABS plastic manufacturing company.
In 2010, we made our most decisive investment by installing an in-house ABS sheet extrusion line. This significantly reduced our dependency on external suppliers and gave us direct control over one of the most critical factors in thermoforming: the plastic sheet itself.
In 2023, we further strengthened our production capabilities with 5-axis CNC trimming technology, enabling precise finishing of complex thermoformed plastic components.
Today, our production chain covers raw ABS sheet extrusion, thermoforming, mold design, mold production, reverse engineering, and 5-axis CNC trimming. With an annual sheet production capacity of 4,000 tons, we serve B2B customers in the automotive, defense, medical, HVAC, and industrial sectors both in Türkiye and international markets.
From trial production batches to long-term serial production projects, every process is managed through ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 certified management systems.
