At Beta Vakum, we produce armored vehicle parts and military vehicle parts based on customer technical drawings. Following thickness and raw material analysis, we process the ABS sheets we produce on our own extrusion line on our vacuum forming machines. The resulting parts are then finished through our thermoforming plastics process with 5-axis or 3-axis CNC trimming — producing custom plastic parts and armored vehicle components suited to any geometry. We are one of the few plastic manufacturers in the defense industry offering fully integrated production from raw material to finished military plastic parts under one roof.
