Production Process
Every car door panel starts with our in-house extruded ABS sheet, available in thicknesses from 1.5 mm to 6 mm. Sheets are produced in a wide range of colors and surface textures — fully customizable to meet your design and engineering requirements.
Formed sheets are then processed on our thermoforming machines, where vacuum forming technology shapes the material precisely over custom-designed molds. All molds are engineered and manufactured in-house, giving us complete control over part geometry, wall thickness, and dimensional accuracy.
Each interior door panel and door trim panel is then trimmed on our 5-axis CNC router machines — delivering identical, standard-compliant cuts across every part without manual intervention. This end-to-end process guarantees consistent quality from the first piece to the last.
