From Sheet to Finished Spoiler

Car rear spoiler and rear spoiler profiles demand consistent wall thickness and clean surface finish — qualities that cannot be achieved with purchased sheet of variable quality. Our in-house extruded ABS sheet, available from 1.5 mm to 6 mm, is produced to our own specification before it ever reaches the thermoforming line.

Vacuum forming over in-house designed and manufactured molds gives us full control over the compound curves and transitions that define wing spoiler, roof spoiler, and trunk spoiler geometry. When dimensional accuracy matters, mold ownership matters — and we own every mold we run.

5-axis CNC trimming closes the loop. Whether the profile is a spoiler lip, car wing spoiler, or a complex auto spoiler geometry, every trim line is executed to drawing specification without manual variance.
