ABS Sheet Thickness & Material Options
Our glove box components are produced from ABS sheets manufactured on our own extrusion line, available in a thickness range of 1.5 mm to 6 mm. Thickness selection is determined based on the structural requirements and wall geometry of each specific glove box design — thinner sheets for lightweight decorative inner panels, thicker sheets for structural load-bearing components.
For color and surface finish, we offer a wide range of options:
- Color: Any RAL color producible via masterbatch — including black, grey, beige, and custom automotive interior tones
- Surface finish: Gloss, matte, and textured surfaces available
- Pattern options: Wood grain, leather grain, and technical surface textures for premium interior aesthetics
- UV resistance: UV-stabilized ABS available for applications requiring long-term color retention
